Will the Web 2.0 Conferences of the nex Decade be Streamed Live Worldwide?

Imagine we are living the the decade of the 2100s. Will Web 2.0 evolve into Web 3.0 or more?
Will the conferences of that decade be all streamed live around the world as they are happening, thus incorporating society from all walks of life?
Technology and bandwidth will probably allow this to be realized easily. What say you?
